Blog Give Away
Alright...I'm a little late but I'm gonna go ahead and do a bloggy giveaway with the blog carnival: http://www.donttryit.com/bloggy_giveaways/2008/10/bloggy-giveaw-1.html
I'll be giving away a new copy of the book Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris. I was blessed by reading this book, and by attending the conference. This book is written specifically for teens, but I think just about anyone can learn from it. It's about teens rising up and exceeding the expectations of our society- for the glory of God. The authors started The Rebelution- a teenage rebellion against low expectations. You can go to their site to read more about it: http://www.therebelution.com/
To enter the giveaway simply leave a comment and explain why you'd like to have this book. Please be sure that there is either a link to your blog, or that you leave your e-mail address. This is only for residents of the lower 48 states. Thanks!! :) I will randomly pick a winner on Saturday, November 1st. I will contact the winner and post their name on my blog.

I have had this book on my wishlist practically since it came out, with the thought of giving it to my 15 year-old son. If I don't win it, it will still be one of the next books I purchase.

I loved this book. It's message is so timely. I would love to have a copy to give to the youth pastor at our church. The impact it can have is tremendous. Thanks for including me in your drawing.
I've heard about this book, and it's been on my wish list for a while now. As the mom of 9, 3 of which are teenagers, this book would be a great addition to our family. :)
